Rotary Die Cutters have a wide range of applications in rotary die-cut. Rotary Technology utilizes high-quality tool steel, precisely engraved and then vacuum heat-treated to 60-62HRC, to achieve excellent cutting results as well as long durability and wear resistance.
Solid Engraved Rotary Dies can be designed and manufactured to suit various converting machines. According to different applications, solid Rotary Dies can be made as Standard Dies, Pin Ejection Dies, Air Ejection Dies, Air Suction Dies, Segment Dies, etc. Blade height and angle can be designed and made to suit various substrates, either kiss-cut from the top, back-cutting, or cut-through applications.
For cutting very thick labels ,cardboard packing and non-woven fabrics , solid rotary dies your first choice, our Solid dies are convinching because of their precision and long life, Each cylinders is manufactured using the latest CNC technology and adapter precisely to your individual requirement.
