what is a high shear pump / high shear mixer / inline shear mixer / inline homogenizer / emulsifying pump?
>>> A inline shear mixer disperses, or transports, one phase or ingredient (liquid, solid, gas) into a main continuous phase (liquid), with which it would normally be immiscible. A rotor or impeller, together with a stationary component known as a stator, or an array of rotors and stators, is used either in a tank containing the solution to be mixed, or in a pipe through which the solution passes, to create shear.

In line shear mixer emulsifying pump
Inline shear mixer equipped with key part of linear cutting stator and rotor, single or three sets of stator-rotor makes single stage inline shear mixer and 3-stage inline mixer. Inline shear mxier can disperse, mix and emulsify various kind of liquid with different viscosity by high shearing power. Both single stage in in line shear and 3-stage in-line shear mixer are widely used in production of food, beverage, fragrance, cosmetic, shampoo, and facial cream.

Inline shear mixer Has similar work theory with high shear batch emulsifier, which the rotor and stator work together to generate strong shearing power during speedy running to realize mixing, smashing and emulsion. Inline mixer could also be fixed on pipeline to do continuous work.


Mine structure
The standard components are famous brand motor, pump chamber, mechanical seal, rotor and stator. Under request, we also offer a higher configured inline shear mixer with cooling pump and water tank. Movable skid, powder hopper and cooling pump are optional.
